Was it the boost? Or had its lubrification or cooling system failed? Or was it just old? (RPM doesn't necessarily enter into the equation) I don't know and am trying to figure that out. I've been running stock boost = lame. The turbos were refurbished by the previous owner. I don't know if the CHRAs were replaced or what by ZNE. Zvil (FL)'s recommendation of using a socket and pliers to get the CHRA apart did not work. Do you have any other ideas? Note BEASTT had a similar turbo failure so I don't think it's too uncommon. I plan on sending in an oil sample and will be sure to post any results.
